Ingredients used in MACARONI CHAT
• Macaroni - 1 cup.
• Red chili paste - 1
tea spoon.
• Chat masala - 1/2
tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea
spoon.
• Sweet sauce - 1
tablespoon.
• Oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Yellow bell pepper
(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green chillies
(chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Red bell pepper
(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green bell pepper
(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Onion (finely
chopped) - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves
(chopped) - 1/4 bunch.
Method:
Boil the macaroni in
water with little salt. Then strain the water, apply little oil to macaroni and
keep aside.
Take a bowl and add
red chili paste, chat masala, lime juice, sweet sauce, little bit oil and mix
thoroughly and check the seasoning and add salt.
Add boiled macaroni,
yellow bell pepper, green chillies, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion
and mix thoroughly.
Atlast add coriander
leaves and serve the macaroni chat.
