Ingredient List – (Sahi paneer

Tomato - 5 (med size)
Onion - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 4
Green Cardamom - 2
Black Cardamom - 1
Cinnamon - ½ inch
Cloves - 3
Star Anise -
Melon seeds - 1 tsp
Almonds - 6-7
Cashew - 6-7
Salt - as per taste
Butter - 1 tbsp
Shahi jeera - ½ tsp
For tadka : Butter -
2 tbsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Paneer - 200g
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Red chili - ½ tsp
Saffron - few stands soaked in hot water
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Cream - 3 tbsp
The Sahi paneer is very
soft.
So let's begin making sahi paneer in
restaurant style.
Let's begin the recipe for Sahi paneer guys The first step is to make the gravy for that in a
big pan I will add the tomatoes. Here I'm using five red and ripe tomatoes.
You
can cut it big guys No need to be finely chopped. I mean the tomatoes or onions
returned me finally chopped.
I have also added two
onions. Now I'm going to add one inch of ginger along with that for clumps of
garlic. You have some whole spices in this I have two green cardamom one black
cardamom one inch piece of cinnamon which is really small,
three cloves and one

will also add some water here I'm using about half a cup of water, quickly

gravy will not be very silky guys. So just add it to a strainer and pass
through it.

I'm

Now the paneer is done we will add the turmeric powder to
eight or Holly. Along with that I'm also adding some Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
To make Sahi paneer extra sahi we
are going to add some saffron.
So here I will few strands of saffron which has sold in some
hot water for about 10 minutes. I've also added that in now they're going to
give it a good mix.
Look at the colour looks great isn't it? Let me show you how
some of the paneer is really soft and
spongy isn't it looks great. Now let's add the gravy to this. Our Sahi paneer is coming together really
well we will add a little bit of salt to this along with the salt I will also
add one teaspoon of sugar and now give it a good mix.
Usually butter paneer has a deep orange colour or a red colour and
Sahi paneer has a yellow colour and as
you can see our Sahi paneer and it has the perfect colour and looks very silky
isn't it. One last ingredient is left to be added.
So let's add about two or three tablespoons of fresh cream.
If you don't have fresh cream You can also use my lie give it a good mix, cook
it for about two minutes so that the gravy also gets a good boil and after that
our need is ready.
Look at the
consistency great isn't it to get the silkiness of the gravy I just can't stop
